Delivery Policy

We offer complimentary delivery to all UK addresses.

Orders are usually dispatched within two days.

If an item is out of stock, we will order it for you and let you know by email how long this will take. If you would rather not wait, you have the option to cancel the order.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our carrier will leave you a note with details of how to collect your order or arrange re-delivery.

*Please note, any orders placed after the 30th December 2023 will be despatched on the 4th January 2024.

All orders shipped to Europe and the rest of the world will be delivered by DHL.
To track or make any changes to your delivery, you can contact DHL directly or get in touch with our team for further assistance.  
Please note, certain country exclusions apply and duties and taxes are not included.

This service is available for all of our products. Please select the Click & Collect option as your delivery method. We will let you know by email when the order is ready to collect.
