Online & Instore Returns Policy
We are confident that you will love your Finnies purchase, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t turn out quite as planned. We have a simple returns policy for all products purchased in store and online.
> You are welcome to return any product purchased through the website, within 28 days of you having initially received it.
> You may request a refund or exchange it for a different product(s). Please note that refunds are only offered to our online customers.
> A returned product must be complete, undamaged, unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging (undamaged and unmarked). Please also include the sales receipt.
> Please let us know within 14 days , in writing with your returned product, if you would like to exchange it for an alternative or receive a refund. If you would like to exchange it, please provide us with details of your alternative choice.
> The return of the product is your sole responsibility, and at your sole cost. For the purposes of making an exchange, the value attributed will be the price you paid for the actual product, and not any associated delivery or other charges you may have paid.
> The product is your responsibility until it has been received and signed for by us. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Please ensure the product is securely packaged and is sent back to us using a trusted delivery method. We recommend using a courier who can insure your parcel for loss in transit, and that you obtain proof of posting.
> The acceptance of a returned product for refund or exchange is at our absolute and sole discretion.
> Once we have received your return, we will either dispatch the alternative you have chosen (at your cost) or issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that a refund or new delivery can take up to 7 working days.
The following are excluded from this returns policy:
> Products that are damaged or have been used.
> Products that have been made to order, custom made or bespoke.
e.g. altered to your finger size or engraved.
> Products purchased as part of an offer, in which case all of the products within the offer must be returned to us and must comply with this returns policy in order to qualify for an exchange.
> Our in-store returns policy differs from our online returns policy. If you are not 100% happy with your in-store purchase from Finnies, we operate a simple and straightforward 28-day returns policy for an exchange or credit note. Please return your purchase to our store.
If you are unable to get to the store in person, please follow the instructions in our online returns policy noted above.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
